Each session is personalized for you.
In my practice, I see folks of all ages and abilities who want improvements in the quality of their lives. Typically the adult clients I have are functioning well in most areas of their lives, but have some “trouble spots” that they want help managing. The optimal number of sessions required for redress varies with each individual’s life experience, and their desired outcome. The average length of a session is 1 to 1½ hours and is tailored to suit your individual goals and desired outcomes.
Create your exceptional life.
My goal as a practitioner is simple: to show you that you are entitled to live a good, productive, content life and you are able to retain your equilibrium in the face of life’s challenges. Many times people believe that their personal situation, whatever it might be, just simply prevents them from having the life they yearn for. My work focuses on helping you remove obstacles and add internal resources so that you can create your exceptional life, regardless of circumstances.
Your hopes and dreams are your road map.
Don’t waste a minute being unhappy. Your hopes and dreams can build the road map to guide you to achieve what’s possible for your life. Deciding to act — choosing a goal and pursuing it — that is the one step that changes everything. Go for it! I’ll be right beside you.
"As someone who often feels lost and out of place, Sydney's work feels like a revelation. A place where transformative shifts can truly occur. She brings wisdom, grace, insights, and most of all, kindness in her work with clients. Her deep experience and understanding of people in vulnerable or stressful situations helps her produce insights that feel like a balm -- and the insights she offered are making shifts in my day-to-day struggles parenting a strong-willed child. I'm eager to work with her again, and would encourage anyone "on the fence" to take the leap and reach out to Sydney."
