About Sydney
32 years teaching parents and working with children
As a young mother, I became a parent educator (there’s a good story there!) and spent 32 years teaching parents and working with children who had behavioral, developmental or emotional issues. I became a specialized kinesiologist, master practitioner of Brain Reflex Integration, advanced master NLP and EFT practitioner and more, all in service of the parents and children in my practice. That work has been hugely gratifying to me and life changing for my clients.
COVID changed everything
Then I, like many others, got creative when COVID struck and I had the opportunity to reassess. I have always been highly intuitive and that inner knowing played a big part in everything I did. I decided to make that gift my life’s work. I am able to guide you to the change you are seeking using innate discernment and next level soul clearing. And of course, I bring all my other skills to the table. This combination of intuition, energy work, brain-body integration, and coaching creates a powerful experience of transformation for my clients that can change every part of their lives. YES! Even you!
Happy coincidences accompanied by barely controlled chaos
I was born in a small town in Oklahoma just miles from the Texas border to a young mother who had survived the Dust Bowl and the Great Depression and a young father just home from World War II, where he served on MacArthur’s flagship. My folks worked unbelievably hard to create a good life for our family. My dad became an oral surgeon and a career military officer and mom, a teacher. Work ethic, flexibility, and the ability to appreciate the differences in people are gifts they gave me that inform every part of my life. My background, in addition to my training, is an important reason that I am able to help you.
My life has generally been one of happy coincidences accompanied by barely controlled chaos! Add to that a healthy dose of grit, and you will understand why I am comfortable in the “midst of a storm.” As an Army family, we moved a lot. I went to 3 schools in the fifth grade, 2 middle schools and 4 high schools. We lived in 5 different states and Germany. I also spent a year in Paris studying at the Sorbonne in college. I was raised Protestant, graduated from a Catholic high school and a Catholic college and married a Jewish man whose avocation is studying Eastern religions. My husband and I lived in Louisiana for 2 years south and west of New Orleans where English was spoken as a second language. As far as I am concerned, that counts as a different country! The variety of my life experience has been a great teacher to me and has molded who I am today. As a result, I am able to help you feel seen, heard and understood. I get it. I can see you — the real you — and I can help you see yourself in a whole new way.
