Donna Eden Daily Energy Challenge

This document summarizes Donna Eden's daily energy routine, which takes 5-6 minutes and involves tapping or massaging different acupressure points on the body. Donna Eden's Daily Energy Routine is a series of exercises that includes:

• Thumping: Thumping the central points, sides of the legs, thymus, and spleen

• Cross crawl: Helps balance the left and right sides of the brain

• Wayne Cook posture: Helps unscramble energies

• Crown pull: Helps clear the mind

• Neurolymphatic massage: Helps move toxins out of the body

Eden Energy Medicine (EEM) is a set of techniques that work with the body's energetic systems, including the chakras, meridians, and aura. The goal of EEM is to balance the body's energies.

There are a number of videos on YouTube that feature Donna’s Daily Energy Routine but this video is my favorite. It has a minimum amount of explanation and so is shorter. And it features Donna herself. It’s the first video in a “challenge.”

My perspective: This small investment of time gives you a big bang for your buck. You will see immediate benefits from the get go and really big benefits over time. You will quickly find this 5 to 6 minute routine becoming essential.
