So, you may be wondering why I am including this collection of prayers on my website. There are a several benefits that I believe this will offer you.

• Prayer is an incredibly easy and accessible way to move yourself into the state of gratitude. Whether you are trying to manifest a personal change or change on a larger scale, in my experience, all creation is born of gratitude.

• It is so beautiful to experience the holiness of different traditions and realize that the diversity of worship throughout humanity deepens the experience of devotion for all of us.

• This is also a diagnostic tool. Is it easy for you to take a moment of connection with the God of your understanding? Do you resist? Does this seem religious or does it seem spiritual?
